Ainebyoona Dickson
Ainebyoona Dickson is a Ugandan entrepreneur and Chief Executive Officer of Dimax Refinery and Dickson & Ma Export Company Ltd. Since founding the companies in 2020, he has led their strategic growth in mineral refining, logistics management, and international export operations
Smelter
He extracts precious metals like gold from raw ore by applying intense heat and chemical agents in a furnace. They separate the desired metal from waste materials (slag), melting it down into a liquid form for collection. The smelter then casts the molten metal into bars or other shapes for further purification or sale.
IT Manager
He oversees the technology systems that track ore shipments, inventory, and international pricing. They ensure secure data exchange between miners, smelters, and buyers while maintaining compliance with mineral sourcing regulations. They also protect sensitive trading and financial information from cyber threats to ensure smooth global operations.
Precious Metal Tester
He determines the purity and authenticity of gold samples using methods like acid testing, electronic testers, or X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analyzers. He inspect gold bars, coins, or scrap to verify carat weight (e.g., 14K, 18K, 24K) and detect counterfeit or adulterated metals. His findings ensure fair pricing, regulatory compliance, and trust between buyers, sellers, and smelters
